This model is custom-made using KURABO’s premium 13 oz 100% cotton denim. Each piece is meticulously sewn on vintage sewing machines, creating a distinctive handmade character that modern mass production simply cannot replicate. This artisanal process delivers an authentic old-school texture and finish, defining the jacket’s true vintage appeal.
 
Goatskin leather accessories, together with individually hand-marked lot numbers and sizes, further highlight the exclusivity and authenticity of each piece.

R19T1 的設計靈感源自 1950 年代經典的 Model 2 牛仔外套。
整體輪廓與細節比例，均以當時的工作服結構為基礎重新構建。
 
本款採用日本 KURABO 製作的 13oz 純棉牛仔布。
布料以傳統方式染製，保留原始丹寧應有的質感與深度。
 
每件外套均由復古縫紉機逐件縫製。
這些機器留下的細微車線痕跡，正是舊時代牛仔服裝最真實的特徵，也是現代工業化生產難以複製的部分。
 
細節部分使用山羊皮皮革配件，
並由工匠逐件手工標記 Lot 編號與尺寸，使每件作品都擁有獨特身份。
 
經過洗水後，R19T1 會呈現略為方正的輪廓比例，
這正是 1950 年代牛仔外套特有的結構感。
 
R19T1 並非單純的復刻，
